SLYD is a strategy-led, production-backed content studio in Lahore. We plan, shoot, edit, and ship the monthly content engines behind 13 growing brands. Right now we're rolling on restaurants.gyms.padel clubs.dessert brands.tech platforms.
Anyone can shoot one good month. We build content engines that brands keep paying for, month after month. That only happens when the work moves the business.
How we run
A studio that runs like an operating system.
Thirteen brands don't stay on schedule by luck. Behind every SLYD retainer sits one engine: strategy sets the plan, production teams shoot in parallel across the city, editors work against live trackers, and our own automation layer chases every deadline so nothing slips into a DM and dies.
No spec work, no one-off gigs, no logos we touched once in 2023. Every brand on this wall pays us monthly to run its content engine, and most have for a while. That's the flex.

What retainer means here
We don't do one-night shoots.
A SLYD retainer is a standing content engine: a monthly strategy, dedicated shoot days, an editing bench on live trackers, and delivery that doesn't depend on anyone's memory. The brands above don't brief us project by project. They handed us the keys.
Not a freelancer marketplace. Not a big-agency middleman. One team owns your content from strategy to publish, and it runs every month whether you're watching or not.

always
Track & chase
Our ops system watches every deliverable so nothing slips. You see it live.
Engagements
Retainers, not projects.
Content compounds monthly or it doesn't work. That's why we only take retainers, and we scope each one around the brand, not off a rate card.
A note on fit: we take on a limited number of brands at a time so every engine gets a real team. Scope and investment are shaped on the first call. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you there.
SYS
why brands don't leave ↓
You get a system, not a supplier.
Agencies sell deliverables. We install an engine: the strategy, the shoot days, the editors, the tracking, the chasing. You see content ship. We handle everything that makes it ship.
SLYD started with a simple frustration: agencies that sell decks and disappear at execution. So we built the opposite: a studio where the people who plan your content also shoot it, edit it, and answer for it.

deadlines fear him.
What we believe
House rules.
01.
Retention is the only metric agencies can't fake.
Views can be bought and followers can be botted. Clients who keep paying you month after month can't be faked. 90% of ours do.
02.
The people who plan it should make it.
Strategy that never touches a camera is just a deck. All three founders work across strategy, creative, and delivery. Nobody here only attends meetings.
03.
Skin in the game changes the work.
We hold equity in one of our own clients and put our own faces on camera when a shoot needs it. When your engine is our reputation, corners don't get cut.
04.
Humans make the content. Systems make it ship.
Ideas, direction, performance, and edits stay human. The chasing, tracking, and reminding is automated, so our people spend their hours on craft.
Behind the scenes
The studio automates itself.
We built our own internal ops layer: bots that reconcile trackers, chase editor deadlines every few minutes, coordinate schedules, and flag anything drifting before it becomes a missed post. Most agencies our size run on memory and panic. We run on systems.
yes, the bots have names. no, they don't edit your reels. humans do that.
SYS 01Every 2 min
Our production bot checks live editor trackers around the clock.
SYS 020 forgotten
Deliverables live in shared trackers, never in someone's DMs.
LHE
where we're headed ↓
Built in Lahore. Not staying in Lahore.
Local production muscle, working with brands across Pakistan, and increasingly with brands beyond it. The engine travels.
Useful things to have in your first message: what your brand does, what content you're running now (if any), and what growth looks like for you in the next six months. That's enough for us to come to the first call with a point of view.
Fit check: we take on a limited number of brands at a time so every engine gets a real team. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the first call.
bring us a hard problem. those make the best reels.
